Returns Policy (POPIA Compliant)

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items, such as software, downloadable products, and opened personal care electronics, are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at lifeofelectronicsco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items; please specify if you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance items, and custom orders cannot be returned.
Opened software, digital downloads, and used personal care electronics are non-refundable.

Any personal data collected during the return process will be used solely for processing returns, refunds, and exchanges.
